Delivery Information

At Heaven Therapy we aim to despatch all Dermalogica Skincare parcels the same day (or next day for weekends) with Royal Mail. If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to take in your parcel. Please note that no deliveries take place on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.

For click & Collect, we will text you on receipt of your order to let you know your order is ready for collection during our opening hours.

Our opening hours are Monday 9-7pm, Tuesday 9-6pm, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm

Please note heaventherapyskincare.co.uk will only consider claims for lost items sent by UK delivery 18 working days after despatch.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability and the delivery method chosen. Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday.
